Mr Keong Cheuk Tang
Keong (pronounced Kern) graduated from Manchester University in 1990, and brings immense experience in the practise of dentistry. Over the years, he has worked as a clinical assistant in orthodontics, studied for a Certificate of Restorative Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute, travelled around the world and is now raising his family in Beckenham, having settled here in 2006.
He is a family dentist, believing in a lifetime of care. “It’s a dental journey that starts in the cradle- I hope to accompany patients for many years to come.”
His abiding philosophy is “Listen to patients, talk about their needs and involve them in their care”.
Prevention is always better than cure so he would like to encourage all patients to:-
- Eat sensibly and restrict sweet foods to meal times
- Brush twice daily with a fluoride toothpaste.
- Spit-don’t-rinse. Rinsing after brushing will reduce the anti-decay effect of fluoride.
- Visit your dentist regularly
