Anxious Patients

Who doesn't dread going to the dentist? I hated it, but since finding this dentist I no longer mind. Very professional, gentle and uses very modern equipment and techniques. Very pleased with every aspect of this dental practice and would highly recommend.

Going to the dentist isn’t one of my favourite pastimes. In fact just the thought of it makes me shudder!! I had moved and the dentist was the last thing I decided to change over but due to a small problem I was having I had to seek advice and I must say that I was treated with dignity and respect. I explained how scared I was and somehow I even allowed them to take out a tooth!! I can only put that down to the calm and patient way the dentist handled me. I now go every six months for regular check ups and to see the hygienist. I still don’t like going but I’m not filled with dread every time that appointment comes round. Appointments can be a little difficult to get but this practice is open seven days a week so always someone on hand for emergencies.

An excellent dental centre. I have been coming here for 4 or 5 years now and have always been pleased with the professionalism, patience and care that the staff I've met have displayed. The centre is clean and everyone is polite and on time! My dentist, Dean, has such a great bedside manner and explains everything he is doing clearly and non-patronisingly - I feel as if I am in safe hands. Cannot recommend enough.

Having not been to a dentist in almost 10 years I nervously went here on a friends recommendation. My dentist listened to my fears about anaesthesia wearing off too quickly (which previous dentists ignored) and reassured me that a different anaesthetic was what I needed. I had 5 appointments to correct years of neglect and am so happy I went here. Cant recommend the surgery, and especially the dentist, enough.

I hadn't been to the dentist for many years and so was rather embarrassed at the state of my teeth and was also worried about the amount of work I might need to undergo. I was lucky enough to choose Beckenham and was assigned Panos as my dentist. Over the past 8 months I have gone from being embarrassed about my smile and concerned about my dental health to being confident in both. Panos has been brilliant - he's aware of my concerns and has dealt with them brilliantly. I told him at my appointment this morning that going to see him has been the best thing I've done in the past year and I mean every word of it. Highly recommended!!!
